And could you not accuse almost every single American game developer of the same for not including Czechs in their games set in major American cities? If KCD was set in medieval Egypt and had no Nubian or Ethiopian NPCs then accusations of racism would be understandable, but you're probably multiple times less likely to run into a black person in the 15th c.
